| Well there is a difference between being smart and memorizing things. But, I do think it is cool for her to have memorized such things at such a young age. Doesn't really show that she has a High IQ or anything but still good. |

| HOLY SCHOMLLY SHE MUST HAVE LIKE... A PICTURE MEMORY, I remember we use to have a kid liek that at our school back in 7th grade we use to call her super smart 8 yr old, poor girl though she wasn't socially ready for middle school though, so obvlious to many things. It was pretty sad her mom has her homeschool now, that i hear my friend lives next door to her, and saw her outside asked if she wanted to play hide n seek she responds with, what's that? |

| Memorizing is not intelligence... Listen.. Kids "Sing" the alphabets but don't know the alphabet.. Simply because they know the letters by song, does not prove anything. Parents think their little darling is a genius if they can sing the ABC's. Truth is, it boils down to rote memorization. Take the same children to a letter chart, and they cant identify a single one of t hose letters they sang about or a sound within the song. Animals in nature can memorize, and while it can't hurt anything for her to do it, it doesn't prove shes smart...just that her parents repeated it to her over and over until she finally got it down pact... Don't believe me research this..and you'll find what I say is VERY true. |

| yeah i agree with laughs500, i used to work at a kindergarten and all these kids can sing the abc song, but when i took them to the board and asked them if they can line up A to Z, they cant because they just dont know the alphabets, some cannot even write their own names |
